So, my character Aristide "7Sins" Church is going to go on a bit of a spree in the calm city of Washington sometime soon.
In the end, I plan for him to be cornered and ultimately killed (who does that will be decided later... I want to make it juicy). Anywho, until then he needs to get into a bit of havoc and cause a bit of a hard time in people's lives. So... he needs to commit some murders.
Alright, i'm not sure how this would work or nuffing, just going to try and wing it, but this is how I imagine a MURDER SCENE thread going.
Step A: Killer(s) set up the scene with rping of the kill, denoting any specific details (method of death, way they hid the body, age of it, if they wore gloves or not... stuff like that). Basically, they have a pretty big job here of setting up the scene for Bones/Booth and the rest 'o them.
Step B: Booth/Bones/whomever arrive on scene and rp it out, using the info given by the killer to rp a scene out in which they find evidence, postulate, theorize and do their thing.
Two things...ONE, the killer can just do one big scene for the investigators OR he can slowly piece together the story as the investigators search through the scene and body (bit more complicated...) As in he may just describe the setting, the basic characteristics of his victim and as the investigators rp, he would insert a post describing the death of the victim so the investigators can discover a hard-to-see mark on the victim's neck denoting an injection or whatever.
Sooooooo... short examples ftw!
Any questions...any questions?

Kevin the Killer: Fifteen minutes. Twenty-two seconds. That is how long it took his victim to round the corner, his greasy fingers hungrily counting through a wad of bills he had just picked up from an unsavory deal of sorts.
He never saw the pick axe coming as it flashed through the cold night air, instantly killing the poor soul as it slipped into the base of the victim's neck, no doubt severing the atlas from the head. Caught up int he moment, his body fueled by adrenaline, the pick retracted from the body, only to plunge in a total of five more times in random spots of the corpse's back.
Not able to resist, he gathered a mouthful of saliva and spit onto the back of the now dead drug dealer's head. That was for his son. Walking away at a brisk pace, he dumped the pick in the nearest garbage can; it was such a beautiful night.
Igor the Investigator: Arriving on scene, stereotypical donut in hand, the overweight cop took a bite out of the frosted donut, scattering a light snow of whiteness down onto the front of his shirt. Not bothering by this in the least, he kicked open the door to his car and proceeded to walk onto the crime scene, "What's the damage, Brooks?" His booming voice shot out towards a man busily inspecting a body.
The cop polished off the rest of the donut as the brainy squint rattled off an explanation of lividity and core temperature, basically giving the man a time of death and, due to the trauma of the head, also allowing him to identify the cause of death; ice pick to the back of the head. That'll do it for a guy.
Smacking his lips clean of the last powdered sugar, a squicky voice called his name and the cop turned to spot some probie waving a bag housing a bloody pick in one hand; wow, cause of death, time of death and murder weapon, this case was already in the bag!
Any questions...any questions?
